網絡預約訂位以12人以內為限，12人以上訂位或包場需求，僅接受電話預約。
Online reservations are accepted for up to 12 people, please contact us if your party is over 12.
訂位人資訊 Booking Information

We will reply once the reservation is successfully made.
所有訂位皆保留10分鐘，請準時入席，逾時將取消訂位。
All reservations will be held for 10 minutes, please arrive on time; otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled.
午餐時段11:30-14:00、下午餐時段14:30-16:30、晚餐時段(平日週一至週五17:30-21:00、假日17:30-21:30)，各餐期結束後會進行環境的清潔，還請配合離場。
Meal time： Lunch 11:30-14:00 Afternoon 14:30-16:30 Dinner 17:30-21:00 (Monday to Friday, weekdays)／17:30-21:30 (weekends, public holiday). For cleaning process, guests are kindly requested to depart promptly at the end of the session.
實際來客數不得低於訂位人數9成，若不足9成時，將以訂位9成人數計算。
The number of actual guests must be at least 90% of the reserved number. If the number of guests is less than 90%, the charge will still be based on 90% of the reservation.

【 Reservations & Dining Fees 】
- Reservations are accepted up to one month in advance
- The dining bill is subject to a 10% service charge and a 3% third-party payment processing fee.
- Children's dining fees must be paid on-site. To receive the child pricing, please present a passport or another valid form of identification for age verification.
- Overseas guests are required to prepay the dining fee at the time of reservation. Once your reservation has been successfully made, you will receive a payment notification email. Please complete the payment within 48 hours of receiving the email.Payment services are provided through TapPay. Please follow the payment link in the email to complete your credit card payment and confirm your reservation.
- The restaurant's pricing is subject to the rates listed below. Weekdays that coincide with government-designated national holidays or make-up holidays will be charged at the weekend/holiday rate. Pricing during special holiday periods (including Lunar New Year, Mother's Day, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, etc.) is subject to the latest announcement on our official website.
- Seating arrangements will be assigned based on the restaurant's reservation schedule for the day. Requests for specific seats or table types cannot be accommodated.
【 Reservation Cancellation Policy 】
- If you wish to cancel your reservation after the deposit has been paid, please contact the restaurant directly at least seven (7) days prior to the dining date. In such cases, the deposit will be refunded in full to the original credit card. For cancellations made within one (1) to six (6) days prior to the dining date, or on the dining date, the deposit will be forfeited in full and is non-refundable.
- In the event of a government-declared natural disaster or other force majeure circumstances that prevent guests from honoring their reservation, the deposit will be automatically refunded to the original payment method. The deposit cannot be transferred or applied to a future reservation.
